According to a report by the National Skill Development Corporation, the projected human resource requirement in the tourism industry by 2022 is estimated to be 7.2 million people. Recent government reports have indicated a clear skill gap requirement in the hospitality sector, which we plan to bridge.

Atithi Vriksha Shiksha conceived with a vision to empower the youth with value based life skills and technical knowledge of global standards and be successfully employed in the fast growing tourism and hospitality industry. AVS also grooms its candidates to be sensitive and committed to the environment and preserve the culture and the ethos of this land.

Value based life skills such as punctuality, honesty, work ethics, gender equality, positive attitude are taught with the help of role plays based on actual situations in the industry. This is what makes our students stand out and get chosen by top hotels.
