AVS also grooms its candidates to be sensitive and committed to the environment and preserve the culture and the ethos of this land.

As per a Ministry of Tourism study, the manpower shortage in 2018 was 2.6 million, and the Tourism & Hospitality sector is staring at a deficit of 1.1 million in 2025, posing a significant threat to the sector’s recovery post-COVID
