Atithi Vriksha Shiksha conceived with a vision to empower the youth with value based life skills and technical knowledge of global standards and be successfully employed in the fast growing tourism and hospitality industry. AVS also grooms its candidates to be sensitive and committed to the environment and preserve the culture and the ethos of this land.
As per a Ministry of Tourism study, the manpower shortage in 2018 was 2.6 million, and the Tourism & Hospitality sector is staring at a deficit of 1.1 million in 2025, posing a significant threat to the sector’s recovery post-COVID
